Each class is designed with specific age ranges in mind. Most classes are geared toward children aged 5 and up. Please refer to individual class descriptions for specific age requirements.
Young Laureates launched its Hybrid Program in the 2024-25 school year with a small group of students and is excited to be expanding to 12 students for 2025-26. This self-directed learning program allows students to progressing at their own pace through their learning track. Students spend 2 hours on structured learning while the rest of the day is spent engaging in hands-on skill-building classes such as STEM Lab, Life Skills, Etiquette, and more.
Students should bring:
Necessary supplies outlined in the class description (e.g., notebooks, craft materials, etc.), if required.
A water bottle and snack is suggested if staying more than one class.
Our classes are taught by a mix of experienced instructors and partnered programs. Each teacher has undergone a comprehensive background check. Partnered programs also adhere to their own vetting and teaching requirements. To learn more about our instructors, visit our Teacher Profiles.
Yes! Each of our instructors and center guides undergoes a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Additionally, partnered programs have their own hiring policies, which include safety and qualification checks.
Students should be picked up promptly at the end of class.
Grace Period: You have 10 minutes after the class ends to pick up your child.
Late Fees: A $5 late fee will be charged for each 10-minute interval after the class end time.
Extended Late Pick-Up: If your child is picked up after the start of the next class, a full fee for that class will be charged.
Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges.
Our classes are designed as drop-off programs to encourage independence and focus. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate parents waiting inside the center during class.
Parents are welcome to wait in their cars if they prefer to stay close by while their child attends the session. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a comfortable and focused environment for our students!
If your child is staying for back-to-back classes, we offer a 30-minute adjustment period designed to keep them engaged and comfortable while they wait for the next session to begin. During this time, students can enjoy:
Snack Time: If a snack is brought from home, this is the perfect time for a quick refuel.
Activities: Students can participate in supervised games, crafts, puzzles, and LEGO play.
A dedicated guide is present during this time to ensure a smooth transition and provide support and supervision.
This adjustment period creates a relaxed environment for students to unwind and prepare for their next learning adventure!
We do not offer refunds. However, we understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days' notice. To reschedule, please email us at enrichment@younglaureates.org.
In rare cases where a class must be canceled, parents will be notified via email and text as soon as possible. You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive credit toward a future class.
