Young Laureates Enrichment Center Cancellation Policy 

At Young Laureates Enrichment Center, we value your time and commitment to our programs. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review our cancellation policy:

1. Appointment and Class Cancellations

   • Your class or appointment time is reserved specifically for you or your child.

   • To reschedule due to sickness or emergency, please notify us  within 2 days of scheduled session or as soon as possible if due to sickness, at enrichment@younglaureates.org.

   • Cancellations made within this timeframe may be rescheduled with no penalty. Rescheduling must occur with a 14-day notice or due to illness on the day of the class.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

   • If you fail to cancel within the specified timeframe or do not attend your class, you will be charged the full cost of the session without the option to reschedule.

   • Classes can not be rescheduled on your end without notice.  Any rescheduled class will not be honored unless notice is provided.

3. Pick Up Policy

   • Students should be picked up promptly at the end of class. To avoid additional charges, please ensure your child is picked up within 10 minutes of the class ending. 

   • A $5 late fee will be invoiced for each 10-minute interval after the class end time.

   • If your child is picked up after the start of the next class, a full fee for that class will be invoiced.

4. Illness Policy

   • Students who are sick are not permitted to attend classes. If your child is ill, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.

5. Refund Policy

   • No refunds will be provided for canceled or missed sessions. However, rescheduling is permitted with a 14-day notice or due to illness on the day of the class.

6. Camp Policy

• Camps can be refunded fully up to 14 days before camp start date. No refund will be provided if canceled after 14 days.
